DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

 

UK                                        Royal Mail £5  |  2-3 days  |  Free over £50

Products are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature and sent to the address indicated by the customer.

The package arrives in 2-3 business days, and it is tracked.  You will receive updates via email and text messages. A signature is required on delivery.

Orders over £50 will ship as above, free of charge.

 

EUROPE                              Royal Mail £10  |  3-6 days  |  Free over £150

Products are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and sent to the address indicated by the customer.

The package arrives in 3-6 business days, and it is tracked.  You will receive updates via email and text messages. A signature is required on delivery.

Orders over £150 will ship as above, free of charge.

 

REST OF THE WORLD       Royal Mail £15  |  6-12 days  |  Free over £150

Products are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed and sent to the address indicated by the customer.

The package arrives in 6-12 business days, and it is tracked.  You will receive updates via email and text messages. A signature is required on delivery.

Orders over £150 will ship as above, free of charge.

 

Additional info

The Seller does not ship orders to PO boxes.

Any import costs and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs authorities will be at the Customer's expense.  Please check the email address provided at check out, as customs will contact you this way if necessary. 

If payment was processed using PayPal, kindly allow an additional 1-2 days for the transaction to clear.  

 

RETURNS

If an item needs to be returned, please send your request to info@lockerloop.com, with the subject "Returns Request".  Make sure to include your order number and the reason for your return and we will provide you with the steps to return the item as well as the return address. 

Please let us know within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition originally received, including tags. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Delivery costs will not be refunded and the costs for the return will also be at the customer's expense.  

Returned parcels must be marked “RETURNED MERCHANDISE” with a £0 customs value to avoid any processing costs and delays on re-importation.  Should the Customer not follow these instructions, re-importation processing deadlines may take up to 28 days, and the re-importation costs claimed against the Seller will not be refunded to the Customer.

 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

The Customer is entitled to a product exchange or a refund.

Exchanges can only be approved once the Seller has checked the availability of the requested product.  No item can be reserved until the first item has been received back, with the return expenses payable by the Customer.

Refunds will be credited to the bank account used to pay for the returned item.  Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the Customer receives an item that does not conform to the order placed, the Customer has 3 working days after date of receipt to inform the Seller.  No claims will be accepted after this deadline.  Please send your request to info@lockerloop.com before shipping the product.
